Soroya is a recurring character in Star-Crossed. Soroya is an Atrian and Drake's mother. She was the co-pilot of the Atrian Spaceship and she used to be good friends with Vega untill she was locked up in the Crate. She is portrayed by Louise Lombard.
Personal Life[]
Not much is known about Soroya at first, except that she was locked up in the crate for eight years. An Old Accustom'd Feast: She is released and she and Drake reunite. Its revealed that Soroya was the co-pilot for the Atrian ship and that she was trying to change course away from Earth like Nox had commanded until Castor came and shot the pilot. Forcing her to fight back they lost control of the ship which caused them to crash.

Soroya is first introduced in an aged state, but she returns to the Sector as a young person. She has blonde hair and is often seen wearing it in a braid. She is shown to usually wear dark clothing, most likely to be discreet from the other Atrians.
Powers and Abilities[]
Acrobatics/Parkour/Free-running - In the episode An Old Accustom'd Feast, Soroya proves herself able to maneuver around in the Sector swiftly, vaulting over objects and making well-coordinated flips.
As an Atrian, she may full well possess abilities the common Atrian displays, such as swimming at inhuman speeds or being able to see better than humans.
Personality[]
Soroya is very protective over Drake, almost to the point of being paranoid. She was reluctant about helping Vega, but agrees to ensure their safety. She is not loved by most Atrians because she is held responsible for the spaceship's crash to earth, and this causes her to be very alert of any threats and dangers.
